Terms of Use
Effective June 10, 2026
Using this site
Automation Squad publishes scored rankings, comparisons, guides and prompts for informational purposes. By using the site you accept these terms.
Accuracy & no warranties
We work hard at accuracy — the sourcing rules are public on the How We Testpage. But specs change. Prices drift. Vendors occasionally publish errors, and we inherit them. So everything here is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Verify current pricing and terms with the vendor before you buy. Seat prices, context limits and security tiers move constantly. A score is where a decision starts, not where it ends.
Using AI output responsibly
AI output needs a human check. Nothing here replaces your own legal, financial or security review, and no prompt on this site should be run against regulated or confidential data without clearing it internally first. What your tools do with your data is governed by their terms, not ours.
Intellectual property
The SquadScore™ name, our methodology presentation, our text, our data compilations, our page design — those belong to Automation Squad. Want to cite a score or quote an excerpt? Go ahead, with attribution and a link; that’s what the scores are for. Wholesale reproduction needs permission. Vendor product names and logos belong to their respective owners, not us.
Affiliate relationships
We earn nothing from the tools we rank today. If we ever do, it will be disclosed in full here. No commercial relationship will ever influence a score or a ranking — the engine is deterministic and the weights are published.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation Squadis not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Questions: [email protected].
